Dental & Restorative Implants

Dental implants are essentially permanent, attached teeth that replace partials, bridges or dentures. A titanium implant is permanently attached to your bone & a prosthetic tooth (crown) is attached to the implant. Implants are preferred to bridges because they can improve your bite without damaging neighboring teeth (like a bridge might). Treatment can be finished in three to five visits over the space of about 3 to 12 months.

Restorative Dentistry

We enjoy the challenge of restoring your smile & thanks to rapid advances in dental technology, there is much more that we can do for our patients. Modern ceramic materials combined with the in-depth experience of our clinical team can assure you of an effective & long-lasting result. For example, crowns can be used to replace the top part of a tooth when it has become irreparably damaged but the root is still healthy. On occasion, cavities can become too large for an ordinary filling, so we will suggest an alternative – a ceramic onlay or inlay. These are skillfully made to fit the shape of the cavity & the color of the surrounding teeth.

We routinely update older, failing dentistry with stronger, tooth-colored materials that allow our patients to not only keep their teeth for a lifetime, but look great as well. Call today to schedule a consultation and we will be happy to discuss options we may be able to offer you!

Crowns

Crowns cover & support a tooth with a large filling when there isn’t enough tooth left. They can be used to attach bridges, protect weak teeth from breaking, or restore teeth that have already broken. A crown is a good way to cover a tooth that is discolored or badly shaped as well, or to cover a dental implant. A crown can make your tooth stronger & improve its appearance.

Porcelain Cosmetic Veneers

Veneers are an excellent alternative to crowns & can perfect your smile by masking stains, hiding chips, correcting misalignment & creating uniformity. Veneers, which are made of thin, customized material designed to slide over the teeth, look incredibly natural, are long lasting & are relatively easy to apply.

Our doctors have completed extensive training in smile design – the art of creating custom smiles specific to each patient. We use these skills every day, not only for smile makeovers, but also for restoring one or two teeth so that they blend seamlessly with existing natural teeth. Call us today to set up a consultation, or to schedule a time to stop in and see photos of our cases!

Implant-Supported Dentures

Dentures are held securely to increase speaking & chewing ability. They attach a customized denture to individual implants or a row of implants, securing the denture in place. They look completely natural, are long-lasting, & are quite durable.

We have completed many implant-supported denture cases. Call us today to set up a time to see some of our work!
